Hostel Rules & Policies :-

1. Admission & Registration
  • Valid ID and address proof are mandatory at the time of admission.
  • Parents/guardians’ contact details must be submitted and updated if changed.
  • Hostel fees must be paid on or before the due dates.
2. Safety & Security
  • Entry and exit are permitted only during designated hours.
  • 24/7 security and CCTV are in place; tampering with them is strictly prohibited.
  • Visitors are allowed only in common areas during fixed visiting hours and must be logged at the gate.
3. Curfew & Movement
  • Curfew timing is usually between 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (customizable).
  • Any late return or night-out must be informed in advance and approved by the warden.
  • Students leaving the hostel overnight must submit a written permission letter or guardian’s consent.
4. Food & Dining
  • Meals will be served at designated times in the dining area.
  • Outside food delivery is discouraged after curfew hours.
  • Wasting food or taking utensils to rooms is not allowed.
5. General Conduct
  • Respect all staff members and fellow residents.
  • No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are allowed within hostel premises.
  • Ragging, bullying, or any form of harassment will result in immediate expulsion.
